The DL2027 total zinc automatic online analyzer combines advanced sequential injection technology with photometric technology to detect the concentration of total zinc in water after oxidation and digestion. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of the total zinc content in water, comprehensively reflecting the pollution level of heavy metal zinc in the water.
Working principle
Under high temperature and pressure, various zinc compounds and undissolved zinc elements in water samples are oxidized and digested by excessive nitric acid to form divalent zinc ions. After masking other metal ions with masking agents, divalent zinc ions react with zinc reagents under alkaline conditions to form blue complexes. This complex absorbs 620 nm light, and within a certain concentration range, the system absorbance is proportional to the concentration of zinc. The total zinc concentration in the water sample is calculated by comparison. The instrument adopts automatic control of water sample collection, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission to quickly and continuously complete the entire process of total zinc analysis in wastewater. The system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic analysis and obtain more accurate detection results.
